It would take ALOT of work and innovation in the genre. But yeah if they did it right they could make their own zombie game. But I don't think treyarch can pull off making 2 games at the same time (the next cod and a special zombie game) unless they really start hiring!

True, but offering Minecraft on xbox opens up a very large new market, this is not the case for steam. Therefore it makes sense to offer it on xbox even though it is a closed platform. Plus Microsoft is in some way paying Mojang for the xbox version, otherwise it would also be released on the PS3.
I think you missed the point of the article (unless you were being sarcastic). Everyone has been hating on EA for not offering BF3 on steam, but in reality it is actually Valve's fault because of ToS restrictions that Steam has.
I'm guessing this game uses the Unreal Engine? It works pretty well with it, because of the dark tone of the game.

He got sued because a game he is making is called "scrolls". Bethesda Softworks says this is copyright infringement on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. I would also like to point out that it is Bethesda Softworks, the Publisher of Skyrim that is suing, NOT Bethesda Game Studios. Which basically means that the actual developers of Skyrim have nothing to due with the suing.

It's actually a pretty good game. I've put in quite a bit of time into it. Plus it has split screen, which already makes it better than minecraft in my book.
